Newcastle Disease Vaccine Live (Strain La Sota)
Composition:
Newcastle Disease virus La Sota strain≥106EID50 per dose
Properties:
Light yellow sponge-like loose mass, easy to detach from the bottle wall, and quickly dissolved after dilution.
Function:
Prevent Newcastle Disease in poultry
Dosage and Administration:
Nasal drops, eye drops,drinking water or spray inoculation. According to the dose indicated on the bottle label, dilute with normal saline or a suitable diluent. Nasal or eye drop inoculations: 0.05ml each chicken;
Water drinking or spraying inoculations: 0.1ml each poultry.
Adverse Reaction:
None
Precaution:
1) For flocks infected with Mycoplasma Gallisepticum, spray vaccination is prohibited.
2) After the vaccine vial is opened, it should be used up within 4 hours.
3) Do not use metal containers when inoculated with drinking water. Stop drinking water for at least 2-4 hours before vaccination by drinking water..
4) When inoculation by drinking water, water should be clean and free from disinfectant such as chlorine.
5) Used vaccine vial, utensils and unused vaccines should be detoxified.
